- Even though he did not admit it to her face , LHS came back because of the conversation he had with Ddol Mi and it is clearly obvious that he likes her.
- Since this idiot HWJ is now the head of the DMAT he is making sure to emphasize that over doing it at the site is strictly forbidden. This is clearly for LHS ears (bitch move ho)....LHS did go against him to save a burn victim with a burnt air way...like a boss

- The boy that died Ji Won's dad wants to restructure the hospital according to his (WILL) because he wants children like his to get proper treatment ....bwahahahahaha guess who's not happy with this decision? You guessed it. The head of the dickheads and he is furious.... he put in all that shitty work and has kissed the ass os people in high up places just to have it taken away by the boy's father (i watched this part 6 times just to see this guy get angry at the thought of everything being taken away from him)
- LHS i think will help the fire fighter's daughter because he has been looking up how to save her plus she told him she wanted to live. We all know how he gets when it comes to saving patients other doctors have condemned. At first he said he wouldn't and his brother punched him and said he must save her. LHS said no but after starting treatment for his PTSD things are getting gooooood.
- Ji Won's dad has cheated death once he then got caught in a land slide in his house and is unconscious. While LHS is trying to save his life, the head of the dickheads is trying to convince the lawyer that told him about the restructuring plan to forget he ever heard it...smh

- The gray haired monster tells HWJ to fake the surgery and not to save the Chairman because if they save him, their dreams of promotion will be lost. The idiot actually says it's pointless to save him and he's not go through the trouble of helping him smh then he goes ahead to day dream about him being the president of the hospital...cameras and fans ughπ π π π
- HWJ i think is actually thinking with the brain God gave him or because he just can't see shit lol and sends for LHS. HWJ sends his people out of the theater and puts LHS in charge and they work together on the surgery.
- The head of the dickheads tries to stop the surgery but yea lmao ππππππhis dumbass failed and guess who's not happy about it
- HWJ apologizes to nurse Park i guess he is realizing what a douche and an evil person her father is and the fact that she has to live with him. He said he now knows why she left him...omo. He also doesn't want to rekindle things with Nurse Park because he is going blind π’π’π’π’π’π’π’ππ
- Director Park (douche) offers to take care of the president after he got out of surgery but HWJ says no papa because we all know why he wants to do it just so he can pull the plug when no one is looking. He does Dr. HWJ's sense of responsibility is really strong today. Every thing Dr Park has worked for is being destroyed unknowingly by LHS. Dude is for real crazy to the extent that he broke 2 of his fingers so he would not have to perform surgery on the president who is his BIL(brother in law).
- LHS performs the surgery on the Takayasu patient aka the fire chief's daughter and successfully brings her out of the danger zone.
- Director Park (dickhead0 wants to know why HWJ did not kill of the president and he goes "because i'm a doctor and I'm not corrupt enough to do such a thing"...booyah in your face douche. He even threatens to reveal the malpractice on LHS mom
- Goo Ja Hyuk is such an idiot. We already knew he was all about the power but damn to instruct the fire chief to ignore the fires and just rescue people. It is getting cold and the people are setting up fires all over the place.
- Douche bag director appoints the blob of this drama to be his snitch. This character is super annoying.
- The final thing we hear is they want to have a meeting to discuss the suspension of LHS license .... wish shibal i cannot stand the gray haired bastard at all.
