You know what JTBC??? I was going to stay mad at you for the lack luster ending of My Love Eun Dong... then i turn on my TV and see him. Yes him my K-Drama realm husband, you know right after SJR ;) ;) and the drama is being subbed by a major site yess gawd...
This is a melodrama mixed with a bit of action and some violence. It is also based on a manga (read this *manga part* somewhere)
Yes my kdrama man lol Yoon Kye Sang. I've seen most of his work and was looking forward to this when the preview aired. Diving right into it...First off any time there's a kiss scene at the beginning of a drama, the ending isn't usually favorable so in good sport i am preparing my soul for what's to come. The chick in the beginning looks like YKS's real life gf
Lee Ha-Nui. If you don't know her well she was in

Shine or Go Crazy. She was also in
Tazza: The Hidden Card along side BigBang's T.O.P. (this was me digressing)
The cast of this drama is daebak... as every new face keeps popping up i can't help but scream... I'm having
Yoona's Street feels again. A lot of the cast from that drama are in this one. I have a strong feeling this will be a good drama.
OMG i totally called left right before he did...lol. Dang Tae Ho (JTH) borrows money from a loan shark to boost his business ... he's in the stock market thing. They were having a good day and all of a sudden he looses everything legit 7billion Won. Crazy right?? Now the loan shark dude isn't listening to any excuses because that's a lo t of money and the feds will be looking into it. Uncle loan shark does not want to be guilty by association... At this point he has JTH and his trading partner tied up in a ware house and asks them to pick one of 2 cards. King of clubs i'll let you live, Joker i'll kill ya. I called (oen jjog) and he did...(allow me to have my moment lol). Technically it wasn't right because hi picked his left cos he was facing the loan shark dude and the LS dude showed his right.... well in cases like this you can't really argue for shit because they are determined to kill ya.
LS dude ends up killing JTH'S friend/ business partner but JTS escapes ( they were filled with alcohol forcefully and put in a car then pushed the car into a river). He is now on the run and cannot go anywhere not his go's house or his other work partner.. so now he's homeless. He found out his now ex girlfriend is the illegitimate daughter of a rich guy in the country and she broke up with him... it's okay there's a better chick around the corner and we've seen her and we approve of it lol.
JTH has a new vision and he wasn't to be back on top again.. but first "let me take a selfie" lol nah he has to over take the top 5 gangsters in the underground homeless people hustling world before he can make it to the top and I'm guessing the "LAST" will be Lee Beom Soo's character if they do not end up working together.
And just like that, Snake eyes has been eliminated and chopped up (literarily). JTH has fought 2 people now any moved up in rank. Unfortunately one didn't make it (snake eyes). He then gets #2 Jong Goo to train him so he can defeat the rest...#2 accepts it. JTH's side piece not by choice is none other than Cha Have Jin who stuck to JHT without any warning lol... he's kind of a weakling though. On the other hand LS dude is still looking for him. JTH is so sweet that after beating the light out of Foreman Oh, he took him to get his wounds taken care of by the new chick Shin Na Ra.
"Having a moment here" When LEE BEOM SOO showed up... lord be a light that guides me to the ajussis of life.. He is one of my top ajussi actors.... mmmm and he's yummy too. PS: Sexy guy from 12men in a year is in this drama.. and he's still fine as ever.
Plot
Jang Tae-Ho is an up-and-coming fund manager, but fails in a stock market scheme. A gang goes out after Jang Tae-Ho to recoup their investment and Jang Tae-Ho has nowhere to go. He becomes a homeless and stays around Seoul Station with other homeless men. He learns that there is a ranking system among the homeless and struggles to survive.
From President Jo, to sergeant bae to snake eye ...like the cast has me really excited. The plot of the drama just makes sense and it is fitting for the season. I'm not expecting much on the romance side but the fight scenes should be very entertaining and how JTH climbs back to the top will make it a fun watch. YKS and LBS hwaiting... I'm rooting for this drama and since I'm not hoping for a nice romance if it happens well it will be a pleasant surprise. So far so good.
