Banchan I can't Do Without

Banchan is life lol...on some level is is .....

So for about three months i have been off meat and have become Pescaterian. Every form of seafood is allowed and loads of veggies. The people who know me in person pretty much know i live in +HMART and their selection if banchan is just fantastic. The one i go to is about 30 minutes from where i live so everytime i go there is for some serious shopping.

In the pictures above you have seasoned file fish, stir fried seaweed and seasoned and stir fried shrimp. These are awesome to have in your fridge for a snack or whatever.

Kimchi kimchi kimchi... what is life without kimchi???? When you find out please let me know. Kimchi is a staple in a typical Korean home and it has found a permanent spot in my home. Be it white kimchi, red kimchi, cucumber kimchi and or young radish kimchi they are just fantastic.
