Thank You Kdrama

I was bored and did not want to be bothered with some of my currently airing dramas so i decided to marathon and oldie. I came across this drama a few times before and did not think it would be that interesting then i read the reviews and they were so so good. So i decided to give it a go. To my surprise this was actually a really good drama and i've been kicking myself for not seeing it sooner. I wasn't really a fan of Gong Hyo Jin but after this drama i can officially say i'm a fan .

Plot:
Dr. Min Ki Seo went to Blue Island to fulfill his deceased girlfriend's last wish to find the single mother and her little girl who was infected by HIV and to apologize to them on her behalf as she had unknowingly given the girl tainted blood when she was being treated at the hospital. 

Lee Young Shin, the single mom, was having a hard time caring for her grandfather who has Alzeimer's and keeping her daughter's HIV condition a secret while teaching her how to live with it. Min Ki Seo was an arrogant person who looked down on people and in meeting Lee Young Shin who accepted her fate and tried to make the best of it despite all odds, he slowly changed for the better and became a warm and caring person.

I haven't cried for any drama since "That Winter The Wind Blows". This one made me cry buckets. The story was so awesomely written except for the really annoying characters in the drama which are a given. I just really wanted to slap the hell out of all of them. Jang Hyuk was just awesome as per is usual in any of his works. Love him.

The ending was good too. Basically the dram dealt with the issue of aids. And they did a god job in explaining to the viewers the facts about people that have aids and how it's not okay to shun carriers because they are human first and foremost with feelings and hearts. The little actress that plays Spring is just brilliant. I wanted to slap her a couple of times  but i still loved her acting. 

 Overall i loved this drama but sadly i will not be re-watching it because i'm all cried out and do not with to revisit the crying. This drama is available on at dramafever.
