The Blade and The Petal (Knife and Flower) ep 1-2

Two of my dramas have ended and while i was on my mini holiday while lazying about i stumbled upon this drama. Mind you i heard about it as Uhm Tae Woong's new project but i wasn't certain about the release date. Any way, i started it and uhm yea this has the makings of a good drama.

The only reason i glanced at this drama is because of one of my favorite actors Uhmmy. I could care less about Park Soo Jin's part. Can't stand her because she plays a bitch in every role i have seen her in.

I'm so shipping these two

This drama has kind of an all star cast basically most of the cast are familiar faces. It felt like i was watching the movie 300 in some parts.

Plot:

A historical action drama set in the Goguryeo period. The daughter of King Young Ryu of Goguryeo, Moo Young falls in love with Yun Choong, son of Yun Gae So Moon who kills her father. Moo Young is torn apart between love and revenge.--KBS World

One issue i had was with King Yeong Ryu played by Kim Yeong Cheol's wig. Omo that wig had some major track issues and needed some serious blending. Some black hair stylists re needed on set ASAP to fix the backs of those wigs.

I mean i could see the bobby pins and everything which i found really funny. There are some bad blending jobs in this drama...lol

Uhmmy looks yummy yummy as always being a new hubby and daddy he sure does look good. His character has some incredible skills and some nice aim. 

I almost lost it when i saw pillow ajussi Jo Jae Yun from Gu Family book and Monstar. Love him to bits.

Basically this drama looks good so far. There's Ten Ajussi and the guy from CNblue. I'm not really good with names but they are here and i'm liking it so far. Lets see how things pan.

The OST both instrumentals and songs are good. I especially love the instrumental that plays when she thinks about Uhmmy.
